About the role

Global Vibe Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join its IT team in Doha. The role focuses on delivering onsite technical assistance, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring end‑users experience minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktop and laptop computers across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures, software errors, and peripheral problems.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting to restore connectivity.
• Assist end‑users with technical queries and document resolutions.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop or IT support.
• Relevant certification or formal training in IT support.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work across different sites in Doha.
