About the role

The Director of Residences leads all aspects of the residential operation at Four Seasons Resort and Residences on The Pearl, Qatar. This senior position advocates for homeowners and governing bodies while overseeing luxury private and fractional ownership units.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for the Residential operation.
• Act as the primary advocate for homeowners and homeowners' governing bodies.
• Oversee property, financial, asset, and HOA management for luxury residences and penthouses.
• Drive service and lifestyle delivery, rental operations, and people management.
• Monitor development and implementation of residential brand strategies and ensure flawless execution.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in luxury residential or hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to manage property, financial, asset, and HOA functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with homeowners and governing bodies.
• Leadership experience overseeing service, lifestyle, rental, and people teams.
