E-Commerce Lead – Product Sourcing & Marketplace Management

About the role

The E‑Commerce Lead will drive product sourcing and marketplace listing for our online platforms, while supporting the marketing team on e‑commerce standards, technologies and best practices. This senior position combines analytical insight, digital marketing knowledge and strong relationship management to expand our digital catalogue.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and list products on multiple e‑commerce platforms.
• Manage contracts related to listed products and ensure compliance.
• Analyse market data to derive actionable insights and optimise pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to align branding, digital identity and promotional activities.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce trends, technologies and global best practices.
• Coordinate international parcel shipping and logistics for listed items.
• Travel as needed to acquire targeted products and build supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing or Digital Media.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in e‑commerce, preferably in the Middle East/GCC region.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
