About the role

MIRAN SOLUTIONS is recruiting an experienced Electrical Design Engineer for a client company in Qatar. The engineer will design and prepare electrical drawings for low-voltage switchgear and panel systems.

Key responsibilities

Design LV switchgear and electrical control panels.
Prepare general arrangement (GA) drawings, single line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams and shop drawings.
Work on MDB, SMDB, MCC, ATS, DB and control panels.
Prepare designs using AutoCAD and other electrical design software.
Ensure designs comply with IEC standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with production, estimation and project teams.
Review technical requirements, drawings and specifications.

Required profile

3 to 7 years of relevant experience in LV switchgear and panel design.
Strong knowledge of MDB, SMDB, MCC, ATS, DB and control panels.
Experience in switchgear and panel manufacturing is preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software.
Good knowledge of IEC standards and electrical panel design practices.
