About the role
We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to drive engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace environment for our team in Doha. You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to shape the employee journey from onboarding through the entire employment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Support and champion employee engagement and experience initiatives.
- Design, launch and monitor programs that boost workplace satisfaction and wellbeing.
- Collect, analyse and act on employee feedback through surveys and other tools.
- Coordinate internal communication and engagement activities.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and enhance the overall employee lifecycle experience.
- Collaborate with HR teams to continuously improve the employee journey.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR, employee engagement or employee experience roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative, people‑focused mindset.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
