Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to manage and resolve employee relations matters across the Qatar Airways Group. The role ensures that investigations are conducted fairly, consistently and in line with company policies and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review new and ongoing employee relations cases, including policy breaches, misconduct allegations and workplace concerns.
• Assess urgency, sensitivity and risk of each case and prioritize reviews accordingly.
• Gather and analyse evidence from interviews, statements, documents and records.
• Conduct impartial internal investigations and document findings accurately.
• Prepare structured reports outlining facts, limitations, supporting evidence and recommendations.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate risk, close gaps and support corrective actions.
• Advise management on trends, recurring issues and opportunities to improve employee relations practices.
