End User Support Technician

About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for an End User Support technician in Doha to provide remote and on-site technical support to MOJ users across 20 locations. The role covers desktop troubleshooting, hardware installation, help desk ticket handling and inventory management, following ITIL policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email clients and other software
- Install and configure PCs, printers, scanners and other peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity and server issues
- Manage IT hardware and software inventory, updates, patches and antivirus
- Handle help desk tickets, provide VIP support and prepare service reports
Required profile
- University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
- CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 and CCNA certifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant desktop hardware and software troubleshooting experience
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
Required skills
- Strong Windows support and network troubleshooting skills
