ERP/SaaS Sales Consultant

About the role

The ERP/SaaS Sales Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Doha, Qatar, driving the acquisition of new enterprise customers for our cloud‑based ERP solutions. You will assess client needs, tailor software proposals and guide prospects through the complete sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients across target industries.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments and map business processes to ERP/SaaS functionalities.
• Deliver product demonstrations, develop proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records in CRM and generate sales reports.
• Collaborate with product, implementation and support teams to refine solution offerings.
• Provide ongoing consulting support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends, collect client feedback and contribute to sales strategy development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B technology or software sales, preferably with ERP or SaaS solutions.
• Track record of managing the full sales cycle and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to understand client processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
