Executive Senior HR Advisor

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking an Executive Senior HR Advisor to act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership. The role focuses on guiding high‑impact organizational initiatives, workforce strategy, and HR governance across the company’s construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR counsel to executive leadership on critical people matters.
• Advise on organizational transformation, workforce planning, and long‑term talent needs.
• Support executive decision‑making on complex HR issues.
• Guide HR governance, policy development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead or advise on high‑impact strategic initiatives.
• Develop recommendations that address long‑term organizational priorities and workforce requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Significant experience in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development, preferably within large, complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
