About the role
The F&B Hostess will support the Food & Beverage operation at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests. Fluency in Arabic is required to ensure a high level of satisfaction for Arabic‑speaking visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations to maximise guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary work environment in line with brand standards.
- Ensure only the highest quality products are served to guests.
- Promote a strong team environment through coaching, training and empowerment.
- Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem‑solving.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
