F&B Service Expert – Waiter/Waitress

About the role

The Guest Service Expert at Sheraton creates memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service. You will work on the restaurant floor, ensuring every interaction contributes to a seamless and enjoyable meal.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to the restaurant layout and guest reservations.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Greet, seat, and serve guests, responding to their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service stations.
• Handle guest payments and process bills in a courteous manner.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces safely.
