About the role
The F&B Service Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the food and beverage outlets at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will be responsible for delivering profitable, high‑quality service that enhances guest experiences across all dining venues.
Key responsibilities
- Drive profitable operations and achieve outlet business targets.
- Accurately forecast demand and collaborate on marketing plans.
- Maintain up‑to‑date staffing schedules and oversee preventive maintenance.
- Ensure safety, sanitation and quality standards are consistently met.
- Lead by example with a hands‑on approach, motivating the team to excel.
- Manage team performance, identify training needs and deliver effective training for supervisors and staff.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations management within a 5‑star hotel.
- Strong passion for leadership, teamwork and operational excellence.
- Excellent attention to detail and guest service skills.
