Assistant Server

About the role

The Assistant Server supports the Guest Service team in delivering a memorable dining experience at our West Bay location. You will work closely with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth food and beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety standards.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
