About the role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial decision‑making. The role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations and other business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, management reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Perform actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis and provide insights.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability and financial performance.
- Develop financial models, dashboards and management presentations.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or management reporting.
- MCA qualification is mandatory.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas).
- Experience with ERP/financial systems.
- Financial modeling and data visualization.
