First Aid Personnel

About the role

We are looking for qualified First Aid Personnel to deliver immediate first‑response assistance and support health‑and‑safety arrangements across our project operations in Doha. The role involves providing on‑site medical aid, maintaining first‑aid stations and collaborating with HSE, security and emergency teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid for minor injuries and medical incidents.
• Assess incidents and escalate cases that require professional medical assistance.
• Maintain first‑aid equipment, supplies and designated stations.
• Record treatments and incidents accurately.
• Coordinate with HSE, security and emergency‑response teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Conduct routine checks of first‑aid supplies.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards while following site HSE and emergency‑response procedures.

Required profile

• Valid First Aid, CPR or Basic Life Support certification (preferred).
• Previous experience as a first aider, emergency responder, medic, nurse assistant or similar is advantageous.
• Knowledge of basic emergency‑response procedures.
• Good English communication skills.
• Calm and capable of responding effectively during emergencies.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
