About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Flagman in Doha to control and guide vehicle and pedestrian movement on site. The role supports safe traffic flow during construction and site activities.
Key responsibilities
- Control and guide vehicle and pedestrian movement at site
- Assist in safe traffic flow during construction and site activities
- Use flags, hand signals and other communication methods to direct movement
- Monitor restricted areas and ensure only authorised access
- Follow site safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
Required profile
- 2-3 years of experience as a Flagman in oil and gas or construction
- Basic education
- Safety training certificate preferred
- Ability to work outdoors and follow supervisor instructions
