FM Help Desk Supervisor

About the role

The FM Help Desk Supervisor will lead the daily Help Desk operations for a large‑scale electromechanical maintenance and Facility Management project, ensuring that service requests and work orders are processed efficiently through the CAFM system.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, categorize, assign and monitor maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate work‑order data within the CAFM platform.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, supervisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Track outstanding work orders and support their resolution.
• Train users on CAFM functionality and established workflows.
• Monitor compliance with Help Desk and CAFM procedures.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Analyze service issues and facilitate fast, effective resolutions.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Help Desk operations or customer service within Facility Management or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• GCC experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAFM systems.
• Experience using electronic work‑management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
