About the role
Acciona is seeking experienced FM Multi‑Skilled Technicians to support a large‑scale facilities management project in Qatar. The role involves day‑to‑day maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring reliable operation of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP equipment.
- Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs on HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Support daily maintenance activities across a multi‑site FM operation.
Required profile
- Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant technical experience in MEP maintenance.
- Previous facilities‑management experience, preferably in GCC/Qatar.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- HVAC systems knowledge.
- Electrical systems maintenance.
- Mechanical systems maintenance.
- MEP preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Fault diagnosis and repair.
