About the role
This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting the Food & Beverage team at Mondrian Doha across its restaurants, bars and event spaces. You will work on the floor during all service periods, gaining insight into hospitality operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist daily operations in restaurants, bars and banquets, ensuring smooth guest experiences.
- Prepare tables, mise‑en‑place and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
- Greet and engage guests, attend to requests and apply upselling techniques.
- Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events, including themed nights and promotions.
- Observe and practice proper food, beverage and equipment handling in line with hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt across different F&B areas.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Strong guest‑focused mindset and attention to detail.
