Forex Country Manager – Qatar

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Qatar, you will lead the expansion of DB Investing’s presence in the Qatari market. You will be responsible for driving business development, sales, and partnership initiatives to acquire high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry and growth strategies to increase market share in Qatar.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Identify, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to broaden distribution channels.
• Achieve revenue targets by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Build, coach, and manage a high‑performing local sales and business‑development team.
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Extensive network of clients and Introducing Brokers in the region.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Based in Qatar with fluency in Arabic and English.
