About the role
The National Graduate Development Program (NGDP) at QatarEnergy LNG is designed to train fresh Qatari graduates in business and computer science. Participants will follow a structured Individual Development Plan (IDP) with phased progress reviews to achieve the competence level required for target positions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in competency‑based training aligned with core and generic competence level requirements.
- Complete regular progress reviews and demonstrate competence levels for the target role.
- Collaborate with mentors and supervisors to develop professional skills and contribute to Qatarization targets.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Required skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
