Full Stack Engineer with AI Experience

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to provide L2 technical support for AI-driven applications such as chatbots, assistants, and automation tools. The role involves close collaboration with external vendors and agencies to implement, integrate, and maintain AI solutions across our enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for AI applications, troubleshooting production issues with LLM APIs, data pipelines, and application performance.
• Work with external vendors and agencies to implement, integrate, and customize AI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations between AI applications and enterprise systems, handling API configuration, authentication, and access management.
• Review, validate, and document code and solutions delivered by third‑party teams, and maintain technical runbooks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven experience collaborating with external vendors and technical teams.

Required skills

• Strong Python backend development (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Frontend development with React, Vue, or Angular.
• REST API integration and troubleshooting.
• Azure services (App Services, Functions, API Management).
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG patterns.
• Knowledge of vector databases and enterprise integration patterns.
