About the role
UBS is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join the Wealth Management Private Clients (WMPC) CTO team. You will develop and support in‑house applications, ensuring high quality and stability across the WMPC technology ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multiple software components using Java, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS and PostgreSQL.
- Analyze business requirements from WMPC stakeholders and design sustainable solutions.
- Provide technical expertise for new projects, conduct code reviews, and participate in architecture and SDLC phases.
- Implement operational controls to move code from test to production and support existing tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot microservices and full‑stack development.
- Strong understanding of Azure Cloud, DevOps practices and Agile Scrum methodology.
