Full-time Caregiver – On-site in Doha

About the role

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Caregiver to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide direct personal care and support daily living activities for clients in a home or residential setting, ensuring their safety, comfort and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate basic documentation.
• Provide companionship and encourage client independence where possible.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to client care.
• Adhere to infection‑control, hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Experience in personal care, activities of daily living and basic mobility support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to listen actively.
• Compassion, patience, reliability and respect for client dignity and cultural preferences.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site, including shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency; Arabic or additional languages are an asset.
• Relevant caregiving certification or willingness to complete required training.
