Graduate Recruitment Trainee – Qatarization

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Qatari graduate to join our recruitment team as a trainee. This position offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, attracting and hiring talent while supporting strategic recruitment initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment and selection activities.
• Assist in posting vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments and recruitment events.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and talent market research.
• Support employer branding and graduate recruitment initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Recent graduate (0‑2 years of experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passion for recruitment, talent acquisition and people engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be a Qatari national.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
