About the role
The Group Human Resources Manager will lead HR strategy across multiple business units in Qatar, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and driving organizational transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Group‑wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning and compensation design for all entities.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, standardise HR policies, and oversee HR audits and governance.
- Drive organisational development, change management and HR digital transformation initiatives, including SAP/Oracle HRIS optimisation.
Required profile
- 10–15+ years progressive HR leadership experience in the FMCG sector.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple business units or group structures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
