About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at Marriott Executive Apartments in Doha ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. You will be the friendly face that assists guests throughout their visit, from check‑in to check‑out, handling requests and providing local insights.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, vehicle loading/unloading, and transport to/from rooms or designated bell areas.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
- Share highlights of the local area and help guests adapt to their new locale.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance) and navigate stairs, ramps, and confined spaces.
