Guest Relations Intern

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern to join our team at Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection. This internship provides hands‑on experience in hospitality, allowing you to learn from seasoned professionals while developing essential customer‑service and guest‑relations skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a warm first impression.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations such as check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.
• Contribute to a friendly, professional atmosphere throughout the property.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous customer‑service experience is a plus.
