Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Guest Relations team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and prompt handling of requests.
• Create team schedules, assign tasks, conduct daily briefings, and provide training and real‑time coaching.
• Engage with guests to resolve inquiries and concerns, supporting team members with complex or escalated situations.
• Coordinate special occasions, VIP arrivals, guest recognition programs, and personalized arrangements.
• Gather and analyze guest feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with operational teams.
• Lead guest experience initiatives, service enhancement programs, and other departmental projects.
