Head of Change Management

About the role

The Head of Change Management will lead QAFCO’s Change Management Section within the Digital Office, reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer. This senior role bridges digital transformation initiatives with people adoption, using AI‑driven insights to ensure smooth integration of new technologies across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute comprehensive change management strategies for digital and AI projects.
• Leverage AI‑powered platforms, predictive analytics and data‑driven insights to monitor adoption, predict resistance and personalise engagement.
• Measure readiness, adoption progress and communication effectiveness using AI‑assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot and SAP Joule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate AI‑generated insights into targeted interventions.
• Ensure compliance with responsible AI principles, data privacy and risk mitigation plans throughout transformation programmes.
• Lead a team of change practitioners, fostering continuous improvement and reinforcement mechanisms.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, digital transformation or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale organisational change in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting AI‑generated data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
