The Head of Human Resources will lead a dedicated HR function within Burjline Builders, overseeing all aspects of people management and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an assigned HR function or section, setting direction and priorities.
• Manage resources, departmental work plans and budgets.
• Ensure strict compliance with HR policies, procedures and local regulations.
• Monitor team performance and functional outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.
• Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.

• Proven experience leading HR functions or units.
• Strong ability to manage resources and develop work plans.
• Demonstrated track record of ensuring policy compliance.
• Experience monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
