Head of IT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead our IT department through a digital transformation journey. The role will oversee IT operations, Oracle ERP initiatives, and data migration projects, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end data migration projects, including planning, extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation and cut‑over.
• Manage and support Oracle ERP systems (E‑Business Suite, Fusion Cloud), ensuring performance, business continuity and alignment with organisational requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional teams, vendors and technical teams to deliver ERP and migration projects successfully.
• Oversee system integration, data interfaces and migration activities between Oracle ERP and other applications.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments and implementation strategies for ERP and data‑related initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security and compliance throughout migration and system implementation.
• Manage IT vendors and external consultants, monitoring deliverables, timelines and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the IT team, supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in IT management, ERP implementation or technology project management.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale data migration and ERP projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.
