Housekeeping Attendant – Hotel

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Housekeeping Attendant, responsible for delivering clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas in a 4/5‑star hotel environment. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to hotel standards.
• Make beds, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Remove room service trays/trolleys and keep public areas neat and tidy.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure fire exits and stairways remain clear.
• Handle room keys responsibly and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests through the valet service.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a 4/5‑star hotel.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Physically fit – able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently.
