HR Advisor – Doha, Qatar

About the role

Our client, a leading international organisation in the Middle East, is looking for a seasoned HR Advisor to join their Doha team. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Qatari labour legislation and delivering effective compensation and benefits programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with Qatari labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Develop, implement and evaluate compensation policies, non‑executive bonus plans and related guidelines.
• Design a compensation strategy aligned with Qatari and regional market benchmarks.
• Lead the salary planning process and maintain up‑to‑date organisational charts and employee directories.
• Investigate employee issues, mediate conflicts and drive resolutions.
• Utilise performance‑management tools to provide guidance and feedback.
• Maintain HR systems, processes and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared‑services environment.
• Proven track record managing compensation and benefits programmes.
• In‑depth knowledge of Qatari employment laws and procedures.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Qatari nationality is preferred due to Qatarisation policy.
