HR Advisor

About the role

The HR Advisor will provide professional advice and support on strategic, operational, policy and organisational matters, enabling informed decision‑making across the business. This senior‑level position works closely with senior management and multidisciplinary teams to drive HR initiatives that align with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management and stakeholders on a wide range of HR matters.
• Review existing HR policies and processes and recommend improvements.
• Support organisational and workforce initiatives, including change management.
• Provide guidance on complex employee and organisational issues.
• Conduct analyses, develop recommendations and present findings to senior leaders.
• Support strategic HR projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum experience appropriate to the senior level, with at least 16 years of HR experience.
• Strong background in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organisational development.
• Experience in large, complex organisations and proven stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic capability and Qatar/GCC experience are a plus.
