HR Advisor – Strategic HR Support

About the role

The HR Advisor will provide professional advice and support on strategic, operational, policy and organisational matters for Burjline Builders in Doha. Reporting to senior management, the role enables informed decision‑making across the company’s construction projects and workforce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management and stakeholders on a wide range of HR issues.
• Review existing HR policies and processes and recommend improvements.
• Support organisational and workforce initiatives, including change programmes.
• Provide guidance on complex employee and organisational matters.
• Conduct HR analyses and develop actionable recommendations.
• Assist with strategic HR projects and programmes.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum experience appropriate to the grade, with 16+ years in HR operations, strategy, projects or advisory roles.
• Experience in large, complex organisations, preferably within the GCC.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language capability is a plus.
