HR Lead – 7+ Years Experience

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced HR Lead to coordinate the HR team’s activities, guide stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of HR projects and operational objectives in Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day HR activities and team deliverables.
• Provide professional guidance to HR team members and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and performance.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Lead HR projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum experience appropriate to the senior level (7+ years).
• Strong background in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Experience in large, complex organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic and GCC experience are advantageous.
