HR Lead – HR Operations & Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to coordinate our HR team’s daily activities, guide stakeholders, and drive HR projects to successful completion. This senior‑level position will play a pivotal role in ensuring HR operational excellence and aligning initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day HR activities and manage team deliverables.
• Provide professional guidance and support to HR team members and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, and performance of HR work streams.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Proven experience working in large, complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language capability is advantageous.
