HR Manager – 15+ Years' Experience

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Doha. The role involves overseeing HR operations, aligning HR programs with business objectives, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, teams and service delivery.
• Support implementation of HR strategy and programs.
• Provide guidance to management on HR‑related matters.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities and HR processes.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum experience appropriate to the grade, with 15+ years in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Experience in large, complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are a plus.
