HR Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The HR Manager for Food & Beverage will lead all human‑resource functions for a multi‑outlet hospitality operation in Doha. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing workforce, ensuring compliance, and fostering employee engagement across the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies for the F&B workforce.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, training programmes and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure labour‑law compliance, oversee HR administration and coordinate HR activities across multiple outlets.
• Support performance reviews, career development and succession planning.
• Maintain HR records, reports and HRIS data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably within food‑and‑beverage or hospitality environments.
• Proven experience managing HR for multiple outlets or a large workforce.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labour compliance and HR administration.
• Bilingual ability is an advantage.
• Prior experience in Qatar is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or similar HR software.
