HR Manager – Global HR System & Operations

About the role

The company seeks a senior HR professional to own and optimise its comprehensive HR management system across multiple regions. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‑on operational oversight to support international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the HR management system covering organisation development, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and training.
• Oversee HR operations across all branch offices, ensuring policy consistency and compliance with local labour regulations.
• Lead overseas talent recruitment, expatriate assignments and cross‑cultural team building to drive the company’s internationalisation strategy.
• Act as the primary liaison with overseas partners, foreign employees and external HR service providers, ensuring accurate information flow.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate management, performance monitoring, internal control or related fields, preferably within foreign‑invested or multinational companies.
• Background in HR with exposure to overseas assignments, cross‑border projects and multinational environments.
• Fluent English (CET‑6, TEM‑8 or IELTS 6.5+ acceptable) with ability to review contracts and conduct meetings in English.
• Knowledge of PRC and international labour laws and employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, English or related disciplines.
