About the role
The HR Project Manager will lead complex human‑resources initiatives for Burjline Builders in Doha, overseeing projects from initiation through delivery. This senior role requires a strategic mindset to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive HR project plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholders, project resources and cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets and progress, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Lead HR transformation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms and documentation.
- Ensure successful implementation, hand‑over and project close‑out.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience managing complex HR projects.
- Proven ability to deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in HR transformation, process improvement and change management.
