HR Project Manager

About the role

TradesApp is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead complex HR initiatives from initiation to successful delivery. The role involves overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while collaborating with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive HR project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders, project resources, and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets, and progress, ensuring timely mitigation.
• Lead HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and documentation.
• Ensure successful implementation, handover, and project close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Proven experience in large, complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
