HRIS and People Analytics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on HR techno‑functional professional to own and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR) platform. The role combines system administration, configuration, reporting and vendor coordination to deliver practical HR technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the D365 HR platform, including configuration and system administration.
• Design, build and deploy HR technology enhancements and integrations directly within the system.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and external vendors to develop and roll out solutions.
• Create and maintain people analytics, workforce reporting, and interactive dashboards.
• Administer Core HR, Leave & Absence, Compensation and Talent modules.
• Conduct system testing, manage upgrades and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Coordinate super users and external service providers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Produce reports and insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in an HRIS or HR systems role.
• Proven experience configuring and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, including a full‑cycle implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll, performance management, job architecture, grading, compensation and benefits.
• Experience with at least one Learning Management System (LMS) and one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
