Human Resources Director

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our HR function in Qatar. The role will shape and execute HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Drive employee relations, engagement, and a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Advise leadership with HR analytics, reporting, and organisation design/development.
• Build HR processes and governance that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Qatar labour law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in talent management, compensation & benefits, performance, learning & development, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
• Experience in fast‑growing or multi‑business environments is an advantage.
