Human Resources Generalist

About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will support the organization by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee exits, payroll, benefits, and policy compliance. You will act as a trusted partner to managers, helping them address their HR needs and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full‑cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Design and deliver new‑hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Manage employee termination procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships with managers and staff.
