About the role
The HR Intern will work closely with the HR Business Partner team on a variety of projects, gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR functions in a professional environment. The role also involves managing social media platforms to align business objectives with employee and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post job advertisements on all social media platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages related to job postings.
- Organise CVs according to required designations.
- Assist the HRBP in contacting candidates via phone, in‑person, and on‑site.
- Support post‑hiring procedures and communicate updates to hired candidates.
- Coordinate with the Administration department to facilitate employee needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Studies, Humanities, Social Sciences or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
