Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities for our property in The Pearl Island, Doha. You will partner with property managers and the wider HR team to deliver recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee development services that support business success and compliance with Qatari labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified HR staff and property employees.
• Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, attend job fairs and network with local hospitality organisations.
• Oversee employee benefits administration, respond to unemployment claims and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure cross‑training and high service standards.
• Provide HR expertise to property managers on selection procedures and labour law compliance.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of Qatari labour law and HR processes.
• Marriott experience is considered an advantage.
