Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to manage end‑to‑end HR operations within a fast‑growing contracting environment in Qatar. The role will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and delivering efficient HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and manage contracts and documentation.
• Administer payroll, WPS, attendance, overtime, leave management and generate HR reports.
• Handle QID and visa processes, liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, conduct disciplinary actions and support a large workforce.
• Drive performance management activities including KPI setting, appraisals and productivity monitoring.
• Oversee final settlement, exit procedures and implement employee retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on HR operations experience, preferably within contracting companies in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Valid QID and No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HR information systems and strong reporting capabilities.
