Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to drive recruitment, talent sourcing, and daily HR operations across our growing organization. The role will focus on attracting high‑quality candidates, managing the end‑to‑end hiring process, and ensuring smooth onboarding and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for multiple departments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilise various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate professionally with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and related HR documents.
• Support employee onboarding, off‑boarding, and probation follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports for management.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Experience recruiting in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.
• Experience with international recruitment is an advantage.
• Available to join immediately.
